Attorney Profiles

Alicia Chandler is an associate of Wachler & Associates, P.C.  Ms. Chandler graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School.   She also has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School where she graduated with high distinction.

Ms. Chandler's health care practice focuses on Stark, fraud and abuse, and Medical Staff Privileges issues.  Ms. Chandler also has significant litigation experience and is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.   Prior to joining Wachler & Associates, P.C., Ms. Chandler served as a municipal prosecutor. She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, negotiation and investigations as well as corporate and transactional matters. 

Ms. Chandler has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Jewish Committee since 2007. She was selected by American Jewish Committee as a delegate to the 2009 Durban Review Conference in Geneva, Switzerland.  She has been recognized by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on two separate occasions for her pro bono work.
